Q. SHOULD YOU REPAIR OR REPLACE A BROKEN HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCE?

A. An older appliance in your house results in one of two choices. You can either call for professional appliance repair in an try to save money and keep on using the old refrigerator, stove, dishwasher or dryer or washer or replace the old appliance with a new one.

Home appliances come with an expected lifetime. If your broken home appliance is within the beginning or middle stages of that average lifetime, we would recommend scheduling our appliance repair service. If the home appliance is reaching the final part of its expected lifetime, we then recommend to replace it with a new model if you are able to.

Q. DO YOU OFFER A GUARANTEE OR WARRANTY?

A. Yes. Our service includes a warranty on manufacturer replacement parts and labor. We only use manufacturer parts for GE, LG, Frigidaire, Kenmore, KitchenAid, Sub-Zero, Amana, Wolf, Whirlpool and all other popular appliance brands so we protect the manufacturer’s warranty. Please do not hesitate to call us anytime following our service if any issues persist with your appliance.

Q. DO YOU REPAIR THE APPLIANCE ON THE FIRST APPOINTMENT?

A. We will. We stock all of our vans with 90% of the most common manufacturer replacement parts and all of the important tools to perform our appliance repair service. In the event we have to return at a later time to finish a repair, there will be no add-on service cost. We estimate that we can finish over 95% of appliance repair appointments after the initial trip.

Q. WILL YOU CALL ME WHEN YOU ARE ON YOUR WAY?

A. Yes. We provide a 2-3 hour timeframe for the technician to arrive at your home or apartment. We know how important our customer’s time is and we do our best to arrive within the earlier part of our service window. However, if a previous repair or appointment lasts longer than anticipated, this timeframe allows our repairman time to still arrive on time within the service window. Our technicians call 10-15 minutes prior to their arrival.
